help with video card/motherboard compatibility...

i just want to know if running 1 or 2 9800 gx2 on an intel board (x48) i would lose performance over an nvidia board...

  2. No performance loss whatsoever. It'll run on the pcie2.0x16 bus as it should. Nor does ATI cards on Nvidia motherboards lose performance.

  7. I just noticed you mentioned "1 or 2 9800gx2." Keep in mind Intel chipset boards do not support sli, so no quad sli 9800gx2.

    can that run any game on max? at 1680 x 1050?
