Remote access software

Hello,
I know that someone at work is remotely accessing my computer. She is using a software which I cant find in Add/remove program in control panel, I think it is hidden. How can I find which software is being used so I can delete it .

haha im sorry but thats kind of funny, if she's able to do it consistently, chances are the program is booting itself up as you start your computer, try going to start->run->type "msconfig" and click the startup tab and look for anything that resembles software that would allow someone to connect to your computer. becareful in these options, they're very sensitive.

You could also try the registry.
Start>Run>regedit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
or
HKEY_LOCAL_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

look there for a program that could allow remote access.
