Why would you get 2 GB? Get 4 GB of PC6400 (800 Mhz) or PC8500 (1066 MHZ) and save some money. 4 GB of PC6400 will cost 50$ and with good timings ( like 4-4-4-12) you won'T see big differences in performance compared to 1200 mhz memory.
Get DDR2-800 that will run at its advertised timings on the JEDEC default 1.8V. The G.Skill knotknut linked looks ok (1.8-1.9). I've used A-Data and Mushkin, preferring Mushkin. I "accidentally" overclocked my Mushkin to DDR2-960 (not formally tested, but no crashes for days until I discovered it), and a voltage increase was not required.
