Your fine with this OCZ Gold mem, but its Value ram, The pi-black is some enthusiast Ram ;)

Go to Asus web site and find their QVL (Qualified Vender List) it will tell you what memory is compatible with that board and what configuations (some memory will not work in all configs.).
