USB, CD-Rom drive and floppy drive problems

I tried downloading some pix and my computer will not recognize my memory card. It won't play or recognize the CD drive. I even have some pictures on a floppy and it won't recognize the "A" drive either. It will, however, let me sync songs from Itunes onto my Ipod.

I think I fixed it. I ran Webroot and CC cleaner. I must have had a virus. It seems to be working fine now.
