and Im also looking for a cheap case for around 25 dollars i already have a PSU and everything so is there anything i should change ?

the final price should be around $250

The CPU and mobo are fine. I would suggest getting a 2x2GB kit of RAM for a little more.

It all looks fine. I assume you have a HDD and a DVD drive, so you should be set.
