Recently my HP Pavilion DV6000 Laptop had a hardware error and had to replace the laptop. As I had alot of valuable information on the HDD I wanted to remove the drive and use and enclosure to recover the data. I stupidly thought that the HDD was a Sata HDD but after further investigation, I have found out that it is a uATA or uDMA HDD (Seagate Hard Drive Momentus 5400.2 - http://www.techstore.co.uk/browse.php?a=p&prodLineID=83817)

I am looking for some help on buying and enclosure or connecting wire so I can connect the HDD to my new laptop and recover the data. I have found 2.5'' Sata/IDE enclosures and cables for the job but nothing for uATA/uDMA and was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction or give me any further advice on the uATA/uDMA HDD's as this is the first time I have come across them.

Many thanks in advance.
