its seems that almost every modern motherboard listed at new egg claims to have raid...for example lets look at this board...

in the specs you will see this....
SATA RAID 0/1/5/10
does that mean that the board can support those raid levels natively? or does that mean that it can support software raid at those levels?
usually a raid card costs way more than the board...so what exactly do you get when you buy a board like the one i posted? is it using the main cpu and ram?
i want to set up raid 0 array for my system drive...
