Which motherboard takes the cake. or at least the pastry?

Im looking for a new motherboard for christmas, so was wondering what your thought are on the best motherboards out there (up to ~$200)
im looking for PCIe 2.0 2 x16 for CF setup
and socket 775

the ones i.ve looked at so far are :

Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS4

LanParty DK X38-T2RB

Please voice your opinions and suggestions.

Also which chip set is better, P45 with ICH10R or x38/x48 with ICH9R?

p45 if you dont want to go crossfire, x48 if you do....

Gigabyte make good solid boards go with that. alternatly get the asus p5q pro or deluxe
