Couple of problems, you have a good 750w power supply, but your case has an included 550w power supply with it. Change the case to an Antec 300 or 900 or coolermaster 690. Save a chunk of cash and get a better case.

you have a very top end X48 motherboard that supports crossfiring ATI cards, but have a nVidia card picked out, get the HD4850 for cheaper and about the same performance. That way you can add another graphic card in the future in crossfire.

you have 2 mobos listed in your wishlist, you only need 1.
Get 2x2 GB of DDR2 800 RAM instead of the 2x1 GB DDR2 1066

Looks good. My thoughts (as in opinions, and please correct me if I am wrong):

-Get the 640 GB Western Digital HD, it uses only 2 platters and has received rave reviews (VERY fast).
-Is a $300 motherboard really needed?
-Definitely get 4GB of RAM, it will not hurt anything!
-Did you give any consideration to the ATI 4850 or 4870? The 9800 GTX+ is a great card, so not like its gonna suck or anything.
-Is that case going to provide enough cooling? With that motherboard, I assume you want to overclock the snot out of the CPU?
-I don't see a valid license for an operating system :p

If you ordered all that tonight, I am sure you would be just fine, but the people here really helped me tweak my selection. If anything, I wonder if you may be off spending $150 less on the motherboard and putting that money elsewhere.
