is the chipset memory limit (eg. g31/33 4GB memory limitation) the same with memory limit from a 32-bit OS? i have a ASUS P5KPL-VM mobo with 3GB of mem + 512MB vid card. if i install Vista x64 and an additional 1GB of mem, will the system recognize 4GB of mem + 512MB of vid card?

G31/P31 = 4GB MAX (hardware limit)

G33 = 8GB MAX (hardware limit)

I don't know which chipset the P5KPL-VM is and I'm too lazy to look it up. If the hardware limit is 4GB, then it doesn't matter what OS you run, its still a 4GB limit.
