Windows deleating usb drivers?

i have 2 things that are connected to my pc trough usb. and every day the Found New Hardware sign comes up and asks me if i want to install the drivers and if i dont it does not recognize the hardware.

what are the devices, and if you let it install drivers, do the devices work??

Check 'Device Manager' in System Configuration.

its a midi controller keyboard and a external sound card ( audio interface) and if i install the cd they work but it keeps deleating itself and asking to reinstall
