Hi did you check that all the power cables are plugged into the MB from your PSU? Also make sure that the MB is not making a short against the case.Carefully check everything and hopefully you'll find what the problem is.

It looks like I panicked. The there were two problems causing short circuits. In extra standing for the mother board. Second I had what I thought was a power supply fan plugged into the mother board.

After that vista would not recognize my graphics card. But after getting online and updating the drivers, it sees it and I will now try to play Dawn of War as a test. Thanks to cfvh600 and anyone else who read this.
