Do I need more memory?

I currently have:
Windows Vista Basic
Core 2 Duo E8400
CORSAIR, 2GB (2 x 1GB) XMS2 Xtreme PC2-6400 DDR2 800MHz
nGIGABYTE GA-EP45-DS3L 775 P45 RT
EVGA 9800 GTX+

I'm planning to upgrade the video card to either a GTX 260 or GTX 280.
But am I going to need to upgrade my current 2GB memory to 4GB? Would I also need a better version of Vista? Any recommendations if I need more memory?

Do you exceed the two gigs you already have? Seeing as you have a 9800GTX+ and are looking to get a faster video card, I'm assuming you are a gamer. 2x2GB is very cheap right now (more so if you get it on sale) I would upgrade even if you don't need it now.
