Yes, and you can do it right from the Nvidia control panel after downloading and installing Nvidia System Tools.

However, it won't really boost performance much, as the 9500GT just doesn't have the shaders to do anything intensive, like gaming. They make great add-on cards for running PhysX on, and for decoding HD videos like in an HTPC and such, though.

U can OC 9500GT,U can Use a tool called " RIVA TUNER" !Have a look at temps OK Not to go very high ,It burn ur gfx card! ,OC & Enjoy!
