I was running Intelburntest on an i5 at 3.6 and hit 89C (coretemp) on 2 cores for a short period during one of the flops. Will this have done long term damage? Vcc 1.32, Vtt 1.25.

It passed the stability tests. Clocked back to 3.3 never got above 75C. Passed all tests at maximum stress there to, although windows seemed to stutter when moving windows around rapidly, could that be a ram issue? was as close to 1333 (1328 166x8) as possible. So put everything back to stock and seems fine now. Got me worried though.

Thanks

No. Although core temperatures above 78c are "overtemp", at 100c the individual cores will throttle prior to shutdown.
