BSOD while trying to install Windows XP

I got a IBM Thinkpad Laptop and I keep getting the message that windows could not start because windows/system32/congit/system. the computer came with windows xp. I do not have a orginal disk. My email is jemcswain2@yahoo.com. Please tell me what to do.

I've made a suggestion in your other thread. You may as well delete your post here or at the very least least your e-mail address before the Spamming brigade gets hold of it.
