get an ATI HD4850 or HD4870 for your graphics card, they are a much better value in terms of $/performance

are you going to be primarily gaming? if so, a dual core such as E8400 or E8500 will actually give you better performance over the Q6600, but of course for programs that utilizes all 4 cores, it will beat the duals, so its your call

otherwise looks good!
