Im new to overclocking so i need help i got a AMD phenom x4 9650 and a ECS motherboard IC780M-A all i see to overclock is the cpu voltage and the frequency so if thars more that i can do plz tell

Overclocking options are going to be very limited, and I doubt you could achieve much above stock speed anyway.
But if you would simply read your manual, it will explain to you each and every setting, and what it is for.
