Need help on upgrading my rig

Hey guys, I wan to upgrade my current rig. I have a mid tower with a 2.6ghz Intel Pentium 4 (northwood) proccessor, Intel Pentium 4 (midway) MOBO, 1.7gb of ram, 700w rockerfish PSU, 500gb HDD and a HIS Radeon HD 2600pro GPU.

These are the items I'm looking on buying:
-ASRock G43Twins-FullHD LGA 775 Intel G43 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
-Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 Wolfdale 3.16GHz
-OCZ Platinum 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel
-Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound

I'm debating on the GPU:
-XFX PVT98WYDFH GeForce 9800 GTX+ 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16
OR
-EVGA 01G-P3-N983-AR GeForce 9800 GT 1GB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16

I'm keeping the case, HDD and PSU but I want to upgrade the rest. Can you guys give me some advise? Keep in mind that i plan to overclock my CPU, MOBO, RAM, GPU.

i would strongly suggest that you don't buy your parts off of ebay. newegg would have far better prices and way more selection (that same motherboard costs only $87 on newegg). and as for a gpu, look no further than the radeon HD4850
