I am trying to get the most out of my Q6600 and the above is the settings that I have overclocked with. I am hesitant on the voltage not sure where I should start out at or where it should be at this FSB setting. Right now its set in the bios at 1.4v and shows up in CPUZ as 1.328v

Any suggestions?

Have you tried 400MHz? Just jump straight to 400MHz and see if 3.6 is stable. You should also bump the Vcore up to 1.45. If it is, great. If not, try a CPU multiplier of 8.5 and 8. If you have to use 8, that won't really get you anything, you'll still be at 3.2.
