Are you talking about the content protection stuff that people use to prevent copying? You need to send it out to a media production house to do that. I have not heard of a home brewed way to adding rights management to a disk.

But as you probably know, theft secure is more like "takes an extra 2 minutes to copy data" than anything else for anyone that is actually interested in getting a free copy.
