i'm looking into replacing my motherboard, CPU and gfx card.... and ram too i'm guessing

i've more or less decided on a nvidia 8800 GTS OC, and an E6750 for the processors, but i'm now wondering... what motherboards should i consider. also knowing what ram to go with it would be nice.



so yeah, any help would be great :)
