I have a new mp3 player (flash disk type). I try to transfer mp3 files fro a file "my music". 2 or 3 files transfer successfully but then an I/0 device error is displayed and the process stops. How do I fix?

First check the cable. It could be a damaged cable that is providing a weak signal between your MP3 player and your PC. Second, try it on another PC. It could be that something is wrong with your USB ports, or you computer just doesn't like it for some reason. If it still has those problems with a cable you know works and on a different computer then that only leaves the MP3 device itself. Check to see if it has available firmware to fix the problem and if not then return it.
