Need your advise

Hi to all: I want to change my mobo and a bit lost between the 3 below choices:

1- Asus P5Q SE/R ATX (Intel P45) 88$
2- Asus P5N-D LGA 775 Nvidia nforce 750i SLI ATX intel 134$
3- Gigabyte GA-EP 45-UD3R (Intel P45) 105$

Don't know if the sound card in the Gigabyte is less performing compared with others??? Do I really need a sound card to enjoy even more my games?

Could anyone help me in making my mind on the above (somebody advised an X38 what do you think) or propose anything else (same range of price): I am not going into OC and the main use is Gaming.

My system is:
Core 2 duo e8500
OCZ Reaper 2x2 Gb 4-4-4-15
ATI Radeon 4870 1 Gb

If you want to keep that 4870 company with another then x38 is the way to go! So none of those boards would be good. Otherwise i would go for the GA-EP 45-UD3R, if not then the Asus P5Q. Integrated sound cards aren't going to differ all that much, you really need a decent stand alone card to see (hear) the real differences.
