New build.. Need some second opinions

Hi this is my first post here but ive been viewing the forums a while now. Have this build ready to order and wanted to get some second opinions before i confirm. Its gunna be a gaming pc.. really looking forward to playing Warhammer Online and maybe the new WoW expansion and wanted a nice pc to play it on with max settings if not close to it. Anything u guys think would be better suited for my needs please let me know.

Get 4gb of ram, and two western digital 640gb hard drives instead. More memory, similar price, and you can raid them for faster reads/write.
Only need 1 optical drive. Going to use both power supplies?

No one comes with the case which im not using.

Why not just get the case then? BTW are you in the US, if so it'll help if you can provide links or prices of where you're buying from. Might want to look into the sunbean core touch cooler or the xigmatek S1283.
