Lg dvd problems

Hello
I just want to record some data files onto DVD, but it doesn't recognize the Verbatim or the HP DVD-R on my LG super multi drive. It plays movies and reads CD's, but files on DVD's can't be seen...

Try to change the Hardware ID , if you found more han one...
'My Computer' - 'Properties' - 'Device Manager' - 'DVDROM' - 'Properties' - 'Details'
It worked for me when I bought the laptop.
