I'd like to purchase a new lcd with PiP for my computer, and I'd like to be able to browse the internet, for example while watching HD programming in a PIP window. Is this something I can do? I guess I don't really understand how pip works. I was thinking I'd have to computer hooked up on one input and the cable box hooked up to the tv on another.I asked a few friends and they gave me inconclusive answers.

I need to know for sure, obviously before purchasing anything, as it will likely be online.

I guess I'd like to add that I've read threads about not being able to watch hd programming through a cable box in the overwhelming majority of cases, so I thought this might be my best bet.

Any other suggestions are welcome.
