Hello guys,

I'm considering to buy Sony Bravia KDL-32W4000 and use it as a monitor for my PC, however it seems this LCD TV is not directly supporting Full HD resolution via HDMI connection. If I connect the PC via VGA port, it can support Full HD but i fear some quality loss because of analog connection.

However I saw some guys were saying If you connect the PC via HDMI and set the TV as just scan mode, it could show Full HD resolution without any problems. Do you have any ideas about it? I mean is there any possibility to reach 1920*1080 res via HDMI port with this TV?

Additionally, would you recomment to have such a tv as for monitor usage?

Thanks!
