Can anyone tell me how i may OC my Intel Core 2 Duo w/o frying my laptop

You can cut out all the material above the chip and put in a larger heatsink and fan.

But seriously, laptop CPUs are not designed to overclock. There's no space to add a better cooling solution which is also why they do not give you any options in the BIOS to overclock.

You can NOT overclock a laptop CPU (there may be some very rare exceptions).

Well, sometimes you can use software. But results usually are increased thermal problems, reduced battery life, and little net gain in performance.

Ya,Laptop processor OC will make it use more power.
And thermal issues may also crop up.

Better not to OC a Laptop processor.
