Hi all,
I am not tech minded, but have recently changed my Sony Digital Terrestrial
Receiver
VTX-D800U because of a recording fault.

I taped a film from C5 at around midnight here in the UK.
With my Philips DVD 755VR VHS Recorder.
after watching the recording for an hour the picture started breaking up
into
square boxes and lines
with the sound also breaking up.
this is on a new VHS tape, which I rewound and re watched it, and it started
again in the same spot.
can anyone please tell me what to check ? could the signal have been
affected by the weather?
the signal strength is reported good by the VTX-D800U
and I can see the transmitter (Rowbridge) never had this before.
thanks for any help,
Mick.
