Kingston ssd won't boot

Hello

I've just installed a Kingston 128gb SSD, and had all my system files on a Raid0 drives(s). Windows Vista has been installed on the SSD and yet it won't boot. The old raided drives have been formatted but still show as bootable. Ultimately I'd like to have Vista & other program files on the SSD with the SSD booting up but I'm at a loss as to what to do. For my son's PC we installed the same SSD with no probs (but he did not have a raided dive before). Ideas? Many thanks.

Change boot drive in Bios.

Thanks PJR, but that was the first thing I did; i.e put it at the top of the boot priority list.
