Just installed ASUS M2R32-MVP and won't POST!

I just installed the following components into my existing system. I got everything hooked up, went to do my first power up, and nothing. no beeps, no post, no nothing. I did the memory trick and pulled them all out and tried every combination. I even pulled them all out, still no beeps. Then I pulled the video card out, still no beeps. Then I pulled the CPU out, still no beeps. If nothing but the motherboard is connected, shouldnt I still hear beeps? I'm lost here as I have no clue what component could possibly be the problem since I have tried virtually every combination of in or out and I have yet to hear a single beep.

Also, the motherboard has power because I see the green light on. I also attempted to reset the CMOS but still nothing.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

4 pin CPU,etc plugged in? Case switch connected correctly?

Dear lord. Thanks guys. Never plugged in the 4 pin! On a separate note though, any idea how one is supposed to connect a DVD-R to this motherboard? The one IDE connection it has is being occupied with my master hard drive that has my OS on it.

^ Get a IDE to SATA converter. It's the easiest way imo. Or you can get one IDE cable with 2 drives. Like this one:

Note: If going IDE to SATA put your HDD as the SATA drive.
