Cant get music to go into file on san disk sd card

Hellothe music goes onto the sd card but does not go into the my music folder then i have to click & drag it to the folder or my verizon lg v3 phone will not read it

Maybe your phone is only designed to read music from the music folder? Are there any settings for the player that you can change?
