When booting, if Event Viewer is set to AUtomatic

I see

RDF_FILE_SYSTEM 27 (0xBAAD00D8,0x00000000,0x00000000,0x00000000)

If I Disable Event Viewer via Services the system boots up fine.
I can then enable Event Viewer once booted and things work fine

Also if Event Viewer is set to Automatic,
I can boot up in Safe Mode

but if I try to boot up into Safe mode with Networking I see same
RDF error message.

Without Event Viewer turned on during the boot process it's hard figuring out what may be going on, but nothing is logged during boot if it is turned to Automatic.

Any suggestions?

I noticed that I also could not see other computers on my Network, which Iwas ableto in the past.
Workstation appently was disabled.
Event Log indicated WOrkstation could not start due to
a) Could not load Rdbss device driver.
b) Could not load RDR device driver.
Drivers with both these files had same crcs as other working systems.

I removed my Ethernet Drivers for my 3com card.
Reinstalled drivers.

Workstation now started.

I rebooted with Event Viewer in Automatic configuration.

Amazing everthing now works.

Unfortunately error messages from Event Viewer didn't lead me in the right direction.

Hopefully if others come across this problem they might try what I did to get this working again.
