I need a new case for my latest build, I did not have a case in the budget but have no choice, I'm looking at these two

Everyone knows antex and the 300, I'd want to add the intake fans on it so I could run the two outtakes on med and have good ventilation, the hec case I've never heard of but seems pretty good, and I like the looks, I've never seen a 300 in person and am a bit worried about the noise issue but I'm also worried about ventilation on the hec. Both have free shipping right now which is a big plus.

I'd go with the Antec 300 (I was actually going to suggest it myself upon reading the thread title). Tom's just did a mid-tower case roundup, and the 300 won the "recommended buy" for the best bang for your buck.

The noise shouldn't be a big deal since you can turn down the settings on the fans if they're too loud.

I would wait for black friday if you live in the states. I got my antec super lanboy for $14 after rebate at Fry's about 4 years ago.

Antec 300........

But if you also need a PSU, consider this .............

Nicer case and comes with the Real-Power Pro 550w PSU which is decent.
If you dont need a PSU, then it does not make sence for you budget.

its not good theory.
