i got my comp to boot and install vista but after and before that, my computer would just turn on and i'm pretty sure that my graphics cards can help me diagnose the problem, there are 5 led's on the back of the card and it usually had 3 or 2 lit up and 1 time the 3rd led started flashing on both.

i would like to know what these led's mean but i can't find it in my manual or anything

any help greatly appriciated

in order for it to work, (i know from it working twice) that there should be no led's
