What motherboard do you suggest

Hi, I am going to be building my own desktop but I am wondering what motherboard to get. I heard it all depends on what I am wanting to do, and so to answer that question I am wanting to do computer graphics, film editting and some gaming. Any help would be much appriciated.

For Intel, the g43 chipset boards will work fine if you need onboard video; without video, the p45 is still a good choice. For amd, the 780 or 790g chipsets are good for onboard video. I like any of the following board brands: asus, gigabyte, msi, or asrock. Check for hdmi support if you want to play videos on your system.
