Reset password on mn 500

I have 'reset' the base station by inserting a pen in the hole to restore default factory settings, then attempted to enter the word 'admin' as the password, but this does not work? Help?

Try the old password, sounds like it didn't reset the factory defaults. Sometimes you have to press the button for 20 seconds+.
