Hey all,
for the last few days I've been searching the net and researching this, its driving me crazy. Basically, I got a new Sapphire 3650HD AGP and installed in on my old mobo, when the drivers were installed anthing that moved on screen would leave a fuzzy trail of static messy pixels. I decided maybe it was due to my hardware. so i have updated to
Asrock 4coredual sata2 MOBO
Intel Duo 2.2ghz
2gb Ram
500w PSU
Reinstalled windows XP and got the latest sapphire drivers from their website, same thing happens. This is driving me crazy, i've even tried flashing the bios to the newest version with no impovment. Anyone else had this issue, able to help? Below is a screenshot of what it looks like
