Overclocking a Phenom X3 8550?

Hi! I'm writing this topic cause I'm looking for help regarding my CPU.

First of all, I just bought a Cooler Master Hyper 212 for my CPU and it works wonders so far, actually it decreased my CPU's idle temperature from 33-35C° down to 19-20C° (!!!)

So yeah, my Phenom X3 8550 currently runs at 2.2GHz and I want you ask you guys this:

Is it really safe for me trying to overclock my CPU?

What would be a -safe- temperature and cpu speed if I'm really doing this?

And last but not least, how do I do it? XD
