I have a 825W psu with 37A in the two 12V things, is this enough 2 run 2 GTX 260's in sli??

Yes, even 3 GTX 280s in SLI require about 800w at 100% load, so you're good to go.

I'm running 2 8800 GTS 512 with 31A with no problems at all
