Toshiba recovery disk

Hello,
my laptop keeps going into recovery mode and now wont turn on at all properly now. what is the problem please...

It's broken.

If you want more info, you need to list some more details like what model laptop it is, anything happen before this issue like a virus, you installed something, you uninstalled something, is it making funny sounds from the hard drive or fans, etc...

If you are looking for a recovery disk to re-install Windows you need to contact Toshiba.
