PLz Help sum1 cleva (eg CompuTronix, nuke,overshock) plz dudes

Hey dude plz will sum1 cleva post a artical on how to overclock Core 2 Quads. Ive got a q6600, P5N-D mobo, 9800GT, 2x 1gig RAM and really ETREAME cpu cooler. My system keeps on crashing. I also would like 2 konw sum more but Core 2's in spacifc and there are so many things i wanna no like: is it better to run a lower multiplyer and faster FSB or highter multipluyer and lower FSB. What are sare temps and Vcores and if anyone got a simillare rig plz help.

But in general it is better to run with a higher multi and lower FSB.

Temp advice you can find in the temp chart at the top of this section and the voltages are on intels data sheet.
