have a sony laptop new and no book came with it. how do i find out what is
on this computer?

Click on the Start button, and then click again on all programs.. running
the pointer across the various folders and icons will give you a good idea
of what is there..

Download and run the "List installed programs" script and run it.

Try this: Go to sony web site, on products go to computers & click on live
chat and see if they can help you get a instruction booklet. Hope this
