Greetings community,
I have a Dell Inspiron 6000, 512MB RAM running XP. Experiencing the above stop error (0x000000F4)
Event Viewer reports disk event id 51. (An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk0\D during a paging operation)
I'm also seeing a "PSched Event ID: 14103"
QoS [Adapter {7A505BA7-7497-477A-AC2A-14AA6E0CA5CD}]:
The netcard driver failed the query for OID_GEN_LINK_SPEED.
Steps taken:
HDD Diagnostic(dell and others via UBCD): PASSED (multiple times)
Memtest: PASSED (7 passes, tested individually)
Ran Prime'95: Ran for approximately 2 1/2 hours, everything ok.
Reinstalled Windows XP (in the event it was a driver conflict).
I've uploaded the .dmp file if anyone wishes to take a peek.

Any ideas about how to go forward?
Thanks!
Paul
