How is your desktop setup? If you start a program, does it expand to fill both screens or open to one screen? If it opens only on one screen, there is a bug in the coding of the program that pops up the mssage, if it opens to fill both screens, you need to change your dual monitor setup so it opens only in one.

If you are coding the message box, set it up with a real pixel location to start from. If the message box is coming up from a program you installed, there is no way to get the message to not go to the middle of the screen.
