Xeons or Quad?

Hello folks,

I am a Lightwave 3D artist and I'm currently using a dual xeon 3.06 533mhz system on an Asus PC-DL MB with 4 gigs of ram and I'm thinking of building a Q9550 Asus system. Anyone have an idea how much Lightwave will benefit from the move if at all?
