It's borderline; The 12v rail rating is 20, probably lower than the recommended value. Fry's has a 700w coolermaster on sale right now for around $80 after rebate and antec 550w for $60 (no rebate) or check newegg for corsair models.

The VX450 has a 33 amp +12v rail and could easily power the system in the wishlist, but the deals Johnnylucky has provided are a better option for future upgradeability.

Yes it will run the current specified system.But for upgrading,I recommend a 550-600watt PSU with 45amps on the 12volt rail.This will help with future upgrades like video cards,CPU,and adding more drives.Goodluck.
