Here is my final build specs for my new computer. IF anything screams out "no" please tell me. Also. I am still on the verge about 4870x2. I'm not sure I need it/it's worth it. I plan to CF in the future. So I would end up with 2 4870's anyway. And I've seen not much performance gain in benchmarks with 4870x2 X2. So I'm not sure about the Graphics Cards yet... everything else is pretty much finalized. I
I won't be using a 30inch monitor. I was thinking 24-28 with 1900x1200 native resolution.
I will be doing some gaming, but mostly using it for just about everything.
I will be learning to overclock with this rig, That's why i chose the Rampage Formula.

Thanks in advance.

Antec 900
Corsair 750TX
ASUS Rampage Formula x48
QX6850
Diamond 4870 XOC (I MAY be able to afford 4870x2, but I don't feel I need it)
OCZ Reaper HTC DDR2-800 2x2GB. (Should I get another pair to make 8 GB Total)
Xigmatek HDT-S1283
Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit

I'm so eager, hopefully you will respond before I put all this on my credit card!

OH... PS. I already have Antec 900, 2x2GB of the RAM, and the QX6850. So don't bother telling me to go with something different for those. Or saying get Q6600 and put $$ into something else. I got it for a great effing deal, and it's already sitting in my closet waiting to be installed.

Look good...only thing, get the fixation backplate for the s1283, its better than the pushpin and cost a couple of $$ only.

Thanks for the reminder. I knew about that and have it on my wishlist but had forgotten about it.

OH yeah, sorry I'm going to pull one of my DVD drives out of my current computer. And eventually get a blu-ray player. I got really excited before I posted cause i'm literally a few hours away from ordering, so sorry I forgot to mention some things. haha

PS. Hard Drives. Any insights on those? I didnt give as much time to researching these as the other components

Do you think 2x 4870's could handle that resolution?

I don't CURRENTLy have that monitor. It would be something I'd get in the future maybe 6 months-year. I know the 4870 will be good enough for my 17inch monitor for now.
